UK STANDARD DELIVERY

£3.99 Standard 2 - 4 days delivery, through Royal Mail tracked and signed. Please see delivery FAQ's below for details of how you can your package.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

At the moment we are unable to offer next day. However, we are working extra hard to be able to offer this service as soon as possible, at the best price for you.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

For a limited time, customers living in Ormskirk, Burscough and Skelmersdale will receive free delivery, this will be provided by a local courier and tracking is unavailable. You will be contacted directly via email to arrange a suitable delivery time.

PLEASE NOTE: All items for return or refund must be packaged and post to us as set out in our Refunds & Returns policy.

Will you offer more delivery options?

We are a small, independently run online boutique and as our business grows, we will work hard to offer you more delivery options. Please bear with us.

Can I track my order?

We know that feeling, you are excited for your new stuff and you need to know how it is getting along on its journey to you. Have no fear, you can track your package HERE

All you will need is the tracking details we have given you, please bear in mind information may not be available straight away as this information is only available once the courier has taken your package.

When do you process orders?

We process orders Monday to Friday.

We cannot process orders and deliveries over the weekend or bank holidays, please allow extra time for delivery when ordering during these times.

My order has been lost, what happens?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note it can take up to to weeks for this to be investigated as we have to wait for courier investigations too and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.
